Cascades MTB Park offers superb riding conditions in the heart of the province. Being located next to the Cascades Lifestyle Centre  also enhances its appeal through proximity to facilities and parking.

Cascades MTB Park has hosted UCI World Cup Series and Championship events, African Continental Championship events, SA National Series and Championship events as well as KZN Provincial XCO Series and Championship events. South Africa’s most successful MTBikers (Greg Minnaar, Burry Stander, Alan Hatherly, Candice Lill, Michael Foster, Tyler Jacobs) all grew up learning their skills whilst riding and racing these trails.

While the trails offer technical challenges for the discerning rider, there is also a myriad of forestry paths and easier tracks for the less experienced rider. Weekday mornings and afternoons, and weekends see Cascades light up with many hikers, trail runners and mountain bikers tackling the trails. The trails are *free to ride and parking is available at the rear of Cascades Lifestyle Centre.
